ImpactX® lenses are photochromic. This means they get dark from low to high light transmission within few seconds and reaching a custom color from an initial clear state. What I like about Rudy Project glasses, was the ability to use an RX insert (not an RX lense), thr ability to switch out lenses (between tinted lenses and clear lenses for.night riding), and finally the price.
