Innovative and sustainable, our revolutionary Wingdream aero-helmet sets new benchmarks in cycling aerodynamics and safety. Developed with the Bahrain Victorious Team, the Wingdream underwent extensive real-world and wind tunnel testing, achieving a 16.6W improvement in air penetration at 45 km/h over a classic cycling helmet, and surpassing The Wing by 13.9W. It combines rigorous safety standards with comfort features like the RSR 11S Retention System and Fidlock® magnetic buckle system, making it an indispensable weapon for competitive cyclists aiming to dominate against the clock.

AERODYNAMIC BENEFITS
The result of two years of development and numerous indoor and outdoor tests, the Wingdream takes the studies of aerodynamics applied to cycling helmets to a new level, improving the management of turbulence at the athlete's back, as well as its air penetration coefficient. Wingdream's unique shape directs the airflow towards the athlete's shoulders, enhancing your aerodynamics.
Wind tunnel tests results show a massive energy savings of almost 10 watts which translates to about four seconds saved every 10 kilometers!
"The world of helmet development is similar to Formula One: it requires engineering creativity, 3D studies, prototypes, wind tunnel tests, and athlete testing. There is a lot of research behind a product like this, which is subjected to continuous verification by the UCI and certification bodies. And, of course, there are significant economic investments. Many models currently available on the market do not feature holes. Both Wing and Wingdream, however, have central holes to ventilate the cranial cap area. Our challenge was precisely to create a helmet that allowed good aerodynamic savings, but at the same time was also comfortable. Managing head temperature is crucial: cyclists push at speeds over 45 km/h for 40 minutes during a time trial, triathletes even longer. The advantages of aerodynamic penetration are quickly nullified if there is excessive head heating."

"We performed an independent test of the Rudy Project Wingdream Aero helmet recently and the review, seen below from our Fast or Fiction YouTube channel, features 5 athletes being tested using their own aero helmets against the WingDream (because those helmets had already tested fastest for them). The results speak for themselves. They’re not a surprise as the design was a collaboration with SwissSide, who certainly know their stuff and have their hand in many new aero-related products you might not realize."
"As always, this was a completely independent test. Not paid, not sponsored. Rudy Project did send the helmet for us to test (we usually buy the products ourselves) with the understanding we’d post the results no matter what. They didn’t even get a preview of the video. They’re finding out it’s out at the same time all of you are."

I love the feel of the helmet! Extra light and comfortable. There is a beautiful sleek look that is better in person. I am looking forward to wear this helmet on race day.
I’ve only had the Rudy Project WingDream helmet for two weeks, but so far I’m impressed by its performance and comfort. The shape and padding inside seem well-engineered, and it fits snugly without putting too much pressure on my head. Although I haven’t been able to test it in warm weather yet, it still feels adequately ventilated during cooler rides.
Another major plus is the excellent visibility. Some TT helmets with extended tails or large visors can feel restrictive, but the WingDream is designed to keep your field of view open. This really stands out when I’m in a more aggressive time trial position, allowing me to focus on the road ahead without straining my neck.
The aerodynamic benefits are also evident, but the WingDream manages to deliver those speed gains without looking over-the-top. It has a more streamlined, subtle style compared to some of the flashier TT helmets currently on the market.
Lastly, while the clasp takes a moment to master, once you get the hang of it, it’s hands-down one of the easiest and most secure strap systems I’ve ever used.
In just two weeks of riding with the Rudy Project WingDream, I’ve found it to be comfortable, visibility-friendly, and aerodynamically efficient—without sacrificing style. If you’re after a high-performance TT helmet that strikes a balance between cutting-edge speed and a more understated design, the WingDream is well worth considering.
I haven't raced in it yet, but I actually think it looks kind of cool and it's definitely easier to get on and off than all of the prior aero helmets I have owned. It also seems to fit me better than all prior helmets. I did size up to L as I have always been on the cusp of Med and Large size, and I think that has really helped with the fit and aerodynamics (closing the gap between the back of the helmet and my upper back). Let's hope it's as fast as it looks!

Having just started competitively shooting again (after 6 years of not) i quickly found I needed to improve my eye protection and having searched around found the Rudy solution
I ordered the Sirius RX Frame with the Trivex RX and coatings with the orange lens color and I love them and have had many positive comments from people in the club
